Reserve and Collect

You can Reserve and Collect any item from our Parts and Accessories range and Clothing range.

Order online or by phone (01772 336800) and we’ll have it ready for you to collect in one hour. We’ll reserve it for you until the end of the following day.

You must bring a copy of your order confirmation with you.

Frames, Bikes and Hand built Wheels

Frames, Bikes and Hand built Wheels are NOT available "Reserve and Collect". These products have to be allocated workshop time. Delivery time on these products is normally 10 working days.

Opening Times/Collection Times

You can collect from our main warehouse between 10.30am and 5.00pm Mondays to Fridays. We are not open for Reserve and Collect on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

If you Reserve and Collect an item on Saturday or Sunday we’ll have it ready for you to collect from 10.30am Monday morning.

Collection Address

Reserve and Collect is only available from our main warehouse at 464 Ranglet Road, Walton Summit Centre, Bamber Bridge, Preston, PR5 8AR. Reserve and Collect is NOT available from our Watery Lane Shop.

Payment

Payment for Reserve and Collect can only be made on a credit card. We will require your card details when you order the item but your card will only be charged when you collect the goods.
