Additional Delivery Information Including Overseas
Next Day Delivery
Select this option and orders placed before 2.00pm will be sent on a next working day 24 hour Carrier Service.
This service is not available for all orders and destinations. When available the option will appear in the drop down selection box in your basket. The charge is £3.99 for all orders over £35 and £6.95 for orders under £35.
The following exceptions apply. The charge for orders containing Work Stands, Turbo Trainers or Rollers is £5.00.
You should also note that we do not offer next day delivery on wheels
Orders placed before 2.00pm on Fridays will be despatched on that day but will not be delivered until the following Monday
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be despatched on the next available weekday.

Standard Delivery
Expect to receive your order within 2-4 working days. Bikes Frames and Handbuilt Wheels take longer and are normally ready for Store Collection or Despatch within 11-15 working days. After you have placed your order you can check the order status by logging into the 'my account' section of our website.

Lost Parcels
UK
Please note: we will only refund/redespatch UK orders that have not been received 10* working days after despatch.
Overseas
Please note: we will only refund/redespatch overseas orders that have not been received 20* working days after despatch.
*We reserve the right to increase these at our discretion e.g. Due to bad weather, at peak times and due to national or international postal disputes.
DTI Distance Selling Regulations
These Government Department of Trade and Industry regulations entitle you to a 7 day 'cooling off' period after you have received the goods you have purchased from us. This regulation is to give you the opportunity to examine the goods you have purchased as you would have when buying in a shop.
If you wish to exercise these rights and cancel your purchase you should return the goods to Ribble Cycles, 464 Ranglet Road, Walton Summit Centre, Bamber Bridge, Preston, Lancashire, PR5 8AR, United Kingdom within 7 working days from the date after the goods were received by you.
You can only cancel your purchase if the goods are returned to us unused, unmarked and in their original packaging. You will not be reimbursed with any postage or carriage costs.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
- Time of delivery as indicated above shall not be of the essence
- Should Ribble Cycles be prevented from making any delivery date due to lack or delayed deliveries on the part of its suppliers, or any other event beyond its reasonable control you are entitled to terminate the contract by giving written notice to Ribble Cycles without any compensation or indemnity being due by Ribble Cycles. In any case Ribble Cycles will be entitled to claim payment of all product already supplied to the customer.
- We reserve the right to terminate any order where we find our carriers are unable to deliver as part of our agreed standard contract terms
