Payment

Our check out will offer you up to 5 payment methods. See below a summary of the 5 methods. Each payment method is explained in full on the checkout payment page.

1. Credit Card.

Your credit card will not be charged until the goods are ready to leave our warehouse

2. PayPal

Paypal is not available for Reserve and Collect orders

3. Finance.

To pay by finance you are required to pay a 10% deposit using your credit card.

Please note: When you place your order your card will be pre-authorised by us for the deposit amount. This will reduce the available balance on your credit/debit card.


What happens if I am declined for finance?

If your finance application is declined we will cancel your order and the pre-authorisation will also be cancelled. It may take up to 5 working days for this pre-authorisation cancellation to take effect.

4. Cheque.

If you wish to pay for your order by Cheque or Bankers Draft then you will need to print off the completed order form that will be automatically emailed to you after you have confirmed your order.

You will need to send this form along with a Cheque or Bankers Draft to:

All payments should be made in Pounds Sterlingand made payable to Ribble Cycles.

We will not commence building any ordered bike or despatch any parts and accessories until your cheque has been received and cleared by our Bankers. This method of payment will delay your order by up to 10 working days.

5. Cyclescheme.

Your Employer must have joined Cyclescheme for you to use this method of payment.

Print off the completed order form that will be automatically emailed to you after you have confirmed your bike order.

Send this form to us along with the secure voucher supplied to you by Cyclescheme.


Cyclescheme orders are not considered 'active' until we receive your Cyclescheme voucher. Quoted delivery dates are therefore from the date we receive your voucher and collect your administration charge.


Administration Fee: All Cyclescheme Bikes are subject to a £65 per bike administration fee payable directly to Ribble Cycles (by credit card). Our Accounts Department will contact you for the payment of the administration fee as soon as we receive your Cyclescheme voucher.
