Reserve and Collect

Reserve online and collect from our Warehouse Shop after 1 hour. We'll reserve the goods for you for 72 hours

We cannot release your order unless you bring the order confirmation with you.

You do not need to phone us. The following exceptions apply:

1) Factory wheels and Turbo Trainers. Please allow 2 working days before collection as they are stored at our out of town warehouse

2) Frames Bikes and Handbuilt wheels. These are not available on our standard Reserve and Collect system. See Store Collection below

PLEASE NOTE: Our Warehouse Shop is only available for THE SALE AND COLLECTION OF RIBBLE BIKES and for RESERVE AND COLLECT ORDERS.

Store Collection

Frames, Bikes and Handbuilt Wheels have to be allocated workshop time and for this reason are not available on our Reserve and Collect system.

If you order any of these items and you wish to collect them from our warehouse premises you should select Store Collection in the Delivery/Collection options drop down box in your basket. We will contact you when your order is ready.

We cannot release your order unless you bring the order confirmation with you.

Opening Times/Collection Times

You can collect from our main warehouse between 10.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Saturday. We are not open for Reserve and Collect (or Store Collection) on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

If you Reserve and Collect an item on Sunday we’ll have it ready for you to collect from 10.00am Monday morning.

Collection Address

Reserve and Collect is only available from our main warehouse at 462 Ranglet Road, Walton Summit Centre, Bamber Bridge, Preston, PR5 8AR.

Payment

Payment for Reserve and Collect can only be made on a credit card. We will require your card details when you order the item but your card will only be charged when you collect the goods.
