Great ForkUsed on a Cannondale Caad4, the headset bearing seat looks pretty good even on old Al. frame. have Ritchey headset but looked fine with original Cane Creek. Not as narrow as standard Slice u it but the fork feels better. Highly recommend, for those from Canada shipping is pretty quick.

What is the rake?
Is this fork suitable for 49mm drop Ultegra brakes? -
Thanks for your query.
The rake is 45mm and is designed to be used with a standard drop (49mm) brake.

What is the rake?

- Can you please tell me what diameter the crown is so I can judge whether or not the fork will look okay with a conventional (external) headset? Thanks.
-
Hi Gordon,
The crown diameter is approx 45mm.

- Are these forks a suitable replacement for the Premium slice ones fitted to my Cannondale Caad8?
-
Thank you for your question.
These forks should fit any frame with a conventional straight-through (1 1/8") steerer.
From an aesthetic point of view, these forks have a crown diameter of approx. 45mm; ideally this should closely match the external width of the frame at the base of the headtube.
I hope this helps.

- Will these fit my 2007 allez road bike
-
Hi,
Thanks for your question
We cannot confirm if these would fit another brand of bike and from so far back sorry. If the bike does not have a tapered steerer with a smaller bearing at the top and a larger diameter at the bottom then these should fit.
