I usully get the SIS gels however I saw these recently while purchasing some new glasses on the site. At this price I thought it was a bargain. After several rides using them, I am thoroughly pleased and can't recommend them enough. When taking gels we usually slow down slightly, to be able to comfortably do so. It takes much less time to consume these as they are more runny than SIS which are thicker in comparison. Great results, recommended.

I use the High 5 Energy gels for all of my races. It has just the right consistency and is not overly sweet so it does not upset my stomach during hard efforts,

High5 gels are a terrific product
The citrus and apple flavours are my preference. I stocked up for the whole year...the expiration date was fine, but I really didn't care about that. Sugar doesn't go bad.
