Select ‘Credit Card’ at the checkout to pay by credit or debit card.
Payment will be taken at the point of purchase.
Select PayPal at the checkout and follow the onscreen instructions. You will be taken to PayPal where you can choose your PayPal funding source – this will then be used to pay for your order.
You will be redirected back to Ribble Cycles once your PayPal transaction is complete to our Confirmation Page. You will then receive 2 emails confirming your order, one from Ribble Cycles and the second from PayPal.
To pay by finance please proceed through to checkout where you will be presented with an option to pay by finance if your purchase qualifies. Once the finance method has been selected, you will then be forwarded to our finance partners websites to complete your finance application.
Please note: When you place your order your card will be pre-authorised by us for the deposit amount. This will reduce the available balance on your credit/debit card.
What happens if I am declined for finance?
If your finance application is declined we will cancel your order and the pre-authorisation will also be cancelled. It may take up to 5 working days for this pre-authorisation cancellation to take effect.
Your Employer must have joined Cyclescheme for you to use this method of payment.
Print off the completed order form that will be automatically emailed to you after you have confirmed your bike order. Send this form to us along with the secure voucher supplied to you by Cyclescheme.
Cyclescheme orders are not considered 'active' until we receive your Cyclescheme voucher. Quoted delivery dates are therefore from the date we receive your voucher and collect your administration charge.
Administration Fee: All Cyclescheme orders are subject to an administration fee, of 10% of the voucher value, payable directly to Ribble Cycles (by credit/debit card). Our Accounts Department will contact you for the payment of the administration fee as soon as we receive your Cyclescheme voucher.
