Our showroom offers a comprehensive range of services, from technical advice to sizing assistance to ensure that every element of your bicycle is truly bespoke and made to fit your cycling needs.

Located in Kent, with 300 stores, over 50 bars, restaurants, and cafes along with 13,000 free car parking spaces our Bluewater showroom is ideally located for customers in the south east of England and Greater London.

Situated in The Guildhall (between House of Fraser and John Lewis) you will find us ready to assist with all the help you may require in your Ribble journey.

Bluewater Shopping Centre has over 13,000 parking spaces. We are located on the west side of the shoppng centre opposite House of Fraser.

By Car

Bluewater is easily accessible by car and is served by an excellent public transport network. To plan your route click here, or use the following address - Bluewater, Greenhithe, Kent, DA9 9ST.

By Public Transport

Bluewater is served by an excellent bus network which operates throughout the day and into the evening to support our late night opening hours.

Arriva have upgraded the Chatham to Bluewater 700 service, with the new Sapphire bus. Travel in style with leather-style seats, USB charging point, 4G wifi throughout the bus and audio-visual next-stop announcements. Arriva has also extended its Gravesend bus ticket zone to include Bluewater.

Please be aware that you cannot use your Oyster card on bus services from Greenhithe.

Greenhithe is the closest train station to Bluewater. Buses run between Bluewater and Greenhithe station throughout the day.

Ebbsfleet International is also close to Bluewater. Hop on the 484 bus (via Castle Hill and Swanscombe) to Bluewater.

A new service is now available, see services 485 and 485A for additional buses between Castle Hill and Ebbsfleet International Station.

By Bike

There are cycle bars outside House of Fraser, near the John Lewis Customer Collection Point (red car park), in the green car park and outside the Marks and Spencer food hall where bikes can be secured.
