- if my head size is 58cm I believe that the Rush Helmet is M 54cm - 58cm so I guest M then is better than L which is 59cm - 62cm please

Yes this would indicate you would fit the size Medium better, manufactures normally allow a little extra tolerance for people like yourself on the limit of sizing.
