The only good thing about this saddle was the price. However you get what you pay for. Quite possibly the worst saddle ever. I have three bikes, two of them fitted with stiff but comfortable saddles (Orbea Avant and a Specialized Venge). I purchased this saddle for my commuter bike (old Trek Alpha 1.2) but its dreadful. There is literally no support running through the middle of the saddle, leading to a lot of flex. You would think that some flex would add some comfort but the flex in this saddle is so bad that it just makes it very uncomfortable and a lot of movement from your body with trying to get seated comfortably. Avoid at all costs.

Its important to remember saddles are different for everyone. The shape is okay but the saddle is just far to hard for me.

I ride my bikes (road or single speed) primarily to commute to work, around 50 km per day. I purchased a Selle Italia Nekkar Plus couple months ago for my road bike and I really liked it. Saw this one on sale at Ribble few weeks ago and thought I would buy another Selle Italia saddle for my single speed. Selle Italia saddles fit me very well and I personally think the SL Flow saddle is even more comfortable than the Nekkar Plus.
