- Hi, can I pair a 46t outer chainring with a 34t inner? Cheers
-
Hi Andy,
Yes, you can do this.
The difference between the chainrings can be no greater than 16T, however any less is fine.
Best regards,

I am running a Ultegra 6800 53/39.
Can I just exchange the chainrings to 52/36 with minimal adjustments.
I assume the front derailleur would need adjusting?
Any info would be great thanks.

Hi
Thanks for your question
The Front mech will need dropping slightly (it should be 1mm above the largest ring) it will also need re-indexing a relatively straight forward process (some great resources on you-tube) your chain would need to be shortened also

Will this inner chain ring fit onto a Ultegra F.C-6750 50 tooth outer
( my inner ring has the same teeth no (34)
My inner ring has SG-X 9S/10S. 34F on it

Thanks for your question.
Between model years Shimano have altered the way the chainrings mount to the chainset. This Chainring is not compatible with your 6700 series components.
