Great Experience!!!I bought these Shimano's WR84 for my spin classes. Although they are road shoes, i purchased the cleat adjuster on (AMZ) to make them work. If you are like me and don't have money to throw around and want the best at a low cost, then you have come to the right website cycling store. At first I was afraid to go with a 39 size not knowing if they would be too tight. Oh my goodness!!! They where made for me, perfect and super lightweight. I wear a true women's size 7us. Consider me a lifetime customer. I went into this shopping experience kind of blind, but the reviews did helped a lot.
Stop looking for the best quality elsewhere, you will not find better prices!!!

- Hi What cleats do you recommend I get to use on a indoor cycling Spinning bike? Any recommendations would be gratefully received :) Many thanks Max

Hi Max,
Typically spinning bikes are compatible with SPD cleats (which are usually used for mountain biking). This shoe is a road shoe and therefore is designed to work with Shimano's SPD-SL road specific cleats.
It is possible however to convert them to a mountain bike cleat set up using a Shimano SM-SH40 adaptor. These are available to buy fairly easily.
You will then be able to fit a set of cleats that will work with the pedals on spinning bikes.
