Description
Red Shift/Brake Lever
The SRAM RED® shift-brake controls feature a fresh new look and continue our philosophy of perfecting the interface between rider and bike. We have scrutinized everything, including the transition between handlebar and hoods, the grip texture, finger wrap, and the separate interfaces with both the shifter and brake lever. The result is an extremely comfortable, highly individual fit that makes the shift-brake controls feel like a natural extension of the rider.
- ErgoFit™ textured body improves grip and finger wrap with reduced diameter, providing better control and a better transition to the bar
- Individual Reach Adjust of brake and shift lever is easy to access and uses a standard hex key, putting the controls exactly where you want them
- Larger carbon ErgoBlade™ lever improves shifting from the drops
- DoubleTap© technology delivers both shifts from a single lever
- ZeroLoss™ shifting means shifts engage immediately

Mechanical feelI like these levers more than the shimano and the campy as they do have a better leverage ratio for braking. The ergonomics are as good as anything out there. The shifting is a very mechanical feel to it and it does take some time to get used too, but once you do its no biggie. I also like the big paddles for shifting as you can stand to sprint in the drops and easily reach the paddles to shift. Better than the Shimano and Campy for that IMO.

What to say other than efficiency and performance reunited together.Efficient. Performant. Preciseness. Well designed to make our own adjustments.

- Is this right lever and left lever set?
-
HI,
Thanks for your enquiry, this is for a complete set so left and right.

So I see from the first question it is a set but the drop down box has two selections which makes this a bit confusing. So is the right and left shift lever set $230.76 or is it $468.52?
Thanks any info would be greatly appreciated. -
Thanks for your question.
The two options in the drop-down menu are either:
- a single lever (11spd rear) or
- a pair of levers (set 11spd rear Yaw front).
I hope this helps.
