The Continental Race 28 Training Tube is a reliable butyl inner tube designed to keep you rolling on training rides and everyday sessions. Made to fit 700c tyres from 25mm to 32mm, it’s a perfect match for road bikes, endurance builds and wider racing tyres where dependable air retention matters.

With its 60mm Presta valve (LV60), pumping up pressure is quick and easy, whether you’re using a floor pump or compact mini-pump. The butyl construction gives solid air hold and durability, so you spend less time topping up and more time riding.
