Our award-winning bikes have been designed and built to be the best in their class and we are confident that when you receive your Ribble bike you will be suitably impressed by it. However, we appreciate that sometimes, something just isn't as expected, so we give you the opportunity to make changes to it within the first 30 days. In addition, if you feel that you have the wrong frame size we will rebuild it onto a different size frame (fees apply).
All you have to do is make sure you keep the original box and packaging and contact us here to discuss any issues. The original box must be used, and the returned bike should be clean and assembled as it was when it was received. We can help arrange for your bike to be collected (courier charges apply) or you can arrange your own courier.

Making a change to your bike?
Bikes returned to have an exchange of model/size etc will incur a £50 workshop fee. Want to return your bike for a refund? Bikes returned for a refund will incur an £80 re-stocking fee.
Bicycles must be packaged and returned to us in the same Ribble box and protective materials as you received your order. Replacement packaging for the bike can be provided at a cost of £25.
When is my 30-day period?
The 30-day test ride commences from the date of the delivery, and you must inform us via email within 30 calendar days if you wish to return the bicycle.
Any accessories that you may have purchased with the bicycle, are not eligible for the 30-day test ride return. This includes pedals. Our normal returns procedure applies to accessories.
Condition of the bike
We of course want you to be able to fully test your Ribble bicycle, so get out on your favourite ride or club run, and make sure you are 100% happy with it. We do however ask that, apart from the expected wear and tear from a few rides, that there is no other damage. We also require that the bike is clean. Bikes that are returned to us that are not clean will incur a cleaning charge of £30.
Unfortunately, CustomColour, Limited Edition, Team Issue bikes and those purchased using either finance or a Cycle to Work voucher are not eligible for the 30-day test ride return, and cannot be returned for a refund.
International (non-UK) bike sales
Bikes shipped internationally after any exchange will be charged for the delivery, please contact the Ribble Customer Service team for more information.
