    • Will I be viewable during the call?

      No. Every call is via a one-way video link from our showroom to you. We only use your microphone in order to talk to each other, so you'll be able to see us but we can only hear you.

    • Will I have to share my details?

      No. The Live In-Store expert service is entirely anonymous. If our experts are unable to take your call, we may ask for your details to call you back.

    • What can I use it for?

      Our experts are ready and waiting to offer bike demonstrations and answer your bike or product-related questions.

    • Can I use this service to check the status of an existing order?

      Please get in touch with our customer service team for assistance if you have a query regarding an existing order.

    • I cannot see the call button.
