Bought the cgr al. Slight hold up as XL frame out of stock, but kept up to date and no problem. Then chain set out of stock but again kept well informed . Offered suitable alternative so only a delay of a couple of days. Staff at the Leeds store very helpful and informative . Picked bike up . Looks so good. First proper bike I’ve owned and it rides like a dream
I walked in to the Leeds pop up shop and fell in love and nearly replaced my road bike with an adventure road bike from Specialized (as I had the road one from there). So glad I never got to that point. The communication from Ribble, the customer care and then the bike itself are spot on! Love my bike.
