Light and robust the CGR Alloy is an impressive bike that will take you anywhere with capable performance and striking style. Strong, versatile and durable, the geometry of the hand built, British-designed CGR Alloy has been carefully formulated to conquer a wide range of riding surfaces with ease.
Versatility is at the core of the CGR range and this aluminium model certainly ticks all of the boxes. The endurance (relaxed riding position) geometry of the CGR Alloy makes this bike comfortable, composed, responsive and ready for any ride.
We liked the relaxed “endurance” riding position and our test bike, fitted with the excellent Shimano 105 groupset, was light enough to easily keep pace with clubmates on Sunday runs.

CGR GRX. Great quality and performance after my first couple of rides. Customer service was excellent throughout, answering all my questions and accommodating a few changes late on. Also processed my C2W payment very smoothly. Generally impressed so far and enjoying my new bike! Would recommend Ribble to friends looking for something new.
Tony Lee Chambers
Extremely satisfied with the bike and service I received from Ribble Cycle’s!
I bought a CGR AL 105, I was concerned about the build quality, aesthetic, size and fitting before buying online having never seen the bike, as soon as I received the bike, all my concerns were removed completely. The orange looks amazing! It was well packaged to prevent any damage in transit. Minimum requirements needed to complete the build and a PDF file is provided through email, as not to get things wrong!
I had a fault on the seat clamp, which was unforeseen by everyone, it was in the casting stages the fault must’ve developed, however Ribble were very good to act on this and replace it with 24hrs with a water bottle for my inconveniences, once set up the stem I chose was a little to long also, Ribble swapped this for me on their 30 day money back guarantee!
Once out on the bike, I felt it was more smooth than my “Focus Izalco Race Ultegra” the ride and response on everything was really really good!
I feel I have a good solid reliable work horse, a thorough bred, it is not to weighty either, (Aluminium frame)
To sum up, a excellent bike covering all terrains in all conditions, without any problems, excellent customer service and after sales service! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Ribble ever again
