Ribble Cycles are expanding their digital team and are in search of a person who wants to learn the ropes of Digital Marketing within the Acquisition team.

A unique opportunity has arisen to join an exciting fast paced online sports Retailer. Ribble Cycles, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and distributors of high performance road bikes, is looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to join the Digital Team.

Recently acquired by retail investors True Capital, now is the perfect time to get on board and be a part of delivering what is set to be a truly exciting website experience for cyclists everywhere.

The Role

Working closely with the Acquisition Manager, The perfect candidate should be passionate about all things digital and have some experience in paid channels but also eager to improve their digital skills by managing different channels.

There will be plenty of on the job training to help to progress but some exposure to Paid Search is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage PPC & Google Shopping campaigns targeting different countries
    • Monitor existing campaigns
    • Keyword research by analysing competitors and using tools to grow our account
  • Manage our Affiliate Marketing channel including maintaining contact with key affiliates and growing the channel.
  • Reporting on channels – weekly and ad-hoc reporting on ROI of channels and campaigns we are running
  • Introducing new campaigns on AdWords and benchmarking their performance reporting on wins and areas of improvement.
  • Analysing website traffic using Google Analytics
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in PPC and wider digital industry.
  • Daily use of Google Analytics / Adverting platforms (AdWords/ Bing)

Key Skills

  • Excel literate – be able to produce reports and measure performance
  • Good with numbers – you will be expected to manage ROI and work with digital metrics.
  • A passion for Digital Marketing
  • Good IT skills
  • Have a “best-in-class” mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Google Certifications
  • Previous experience working on Google Shopping/PPC campaigns
  • Previous experience working on Paid Social
  • Previous experience working on SEO
  • Amazon Marketplace

Salary

£18 - £20k dependent on experience
