Location: Kent – Bluewater, UK.

Salary: Dependent upon experience

40 hours per week, rota system, includes weekends

As part of our continued retail success, the opportunity has arisen for a Showroom Assistant to join the retail team at our Bluewater store in Kent.

Our brand-led showroom experience is designed to ensure a smooth customer journey, from viewing the bike, receiving an accurate bike sizing, consultation to ensure that the correct bike and bike components are selected, as well as a helping hand throughout the checkout process.

Working closely with the central Customer Service team, your role will be focused on Sales, as well as offering expert technical support and advice pre and post-purchase to ensure the smooth running of the showroom.

Experience of working in retail, ideally within the cycling industry, as well as mechanical knowledge of bicycles, is ideal, as is an awareness of current trends and developments within the industry.

Having previous experience of product merchandising and POS would be a distinct advantage as you will be responsible for the retail standards within the store.
