    Job Type: Full Time. 4 days on site per week, 1 day flexible

    Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

    THE ROLE

    A key role within our Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering Ribble’s marketing, brand and PR activity during a key period of growth for the business. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the marketing plan that strengthens Ribble’s premium positioning, builds awareness and deepens our connections with riders.

    You will lead the design and delivery of high-impact campaigns and ensure all marketing activity is aligned, effective, and commercially relevant. This role requires you to think creatively and commercially, but with a focus on turning thinking into execution and delivery.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Brand & Marketing Strategy

    • Build and deliver a clear marketing plan that delivers strong results in-line with Ribble’s brand positioning
    • Ensure consistency and clarity of brand across all channels and touchpoints
    • Drive awareness, consideration and engagement across target rider groups

    Campaigns & Activation

    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR and retail channels
    • Leverage team riders, ambassadors, influencers, sponsorships and events to amplify brand reach
    • Ensure campaigns are distinctive with strong cut-through
    • Support the delivery of the Trading plan, working closely with the Commercial, E-Comm and Retail teams.

    Content & Social

    • Lead the development of a content strategy that builds brand affinity and engagement
    • Oversee social media channels to ensure consistent growth, relevance and brand alignment

    Product Marketing

    • Work with the Product team to launch new products with impact
    • Develop compelling product storytelling and launch plans

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Trading, E-Commerce and Retail teams to align brand and commercial activity
    • Ensure a cohesive customer experience across all channels

    ABOUT YOU

    • Proven experience in a marketing management role within a fast-paced, retail or D2C, product-led business
    • Track record of delivering successful brand and marketing strategies
    • Creative POV to deliver distinctive, stand-out campaigns
    • Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of performance marketing and ROI
    • Strong leadership and people management skills
    • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Passion for cycling, sport, outdoors or a related category

    Desirable:

    • Experience in event marketing or sponsorship activation
    • Experience in an omnichannel retail environment.
