Description

From commutes to café stop rides and gravel spins, the CGR AL delivers comfort, confidence and control across mixed terrain. It pairs a 7005 series hydroformed aluminium frame with Shimano’s Tiagra groupset for reliable 10-speed shifting, durable DT Swiss G 1800 alloy wheels, and 40mm Schwalbe G-One Allround tyres. Finished with a Selle Italia Novus Boost saddle, its built for big rides, rough roads and everything in between.

Frameset

Built from upgraded 7005-series aluminium, the CGR AL frameset is lighter and tougher than ever. Hydroformed tubing gives it the clean, aero profile of our Allroad SL R carbon bike, bringing that performance edge to a more accessible platform. Internal cable routing keeps things tidy and works with integrated cockpits for a clean front end. A T47 bottom bracket boosts stiffness and makes internal routing easier, so power transfer stays smooth and handling stays razor sharp.

Groupset

Tiagra delivers impressive entry-level performance, featuring cascaded technology from Shimano’s top-tier groupsets. The smooth, reliable shifting of the 2x10-speed Tiagra drivetrain offers consistent year-round performance, inspiring everyday riders to take on new challenges as their cycling journey evolves. Confident braking comes courtesy of hydraulic disc brakes, while the addition of the FSA Gossamer chainset ensures efficient power transfer and dependable performance on every ride.

Groupset

Wheelset

Built tough with a wide rim profile, the DT Swiss G 1800 Spline wheels offer solid handling and comfort on everything from loose gravel to smooth tarmac. Paired with 40mm Schwalbe G-One tyres, it's a setup that’s just as ready for back-lane exploring as it is for fast road miles.

Handlebars

Ribble alloy bars are built for real-world riding, with a compact shape that makes it easy to move between tops, hoods and drops. The ergonomic profile helps reduce pressure and keeps things comfortable, mile after mile. Paired with a matching alloy stem and wrapped in soft bar tape, it’s a setup that feels right from the first pedal stroke, whether you’re heading out for an hour or all day.
