#MilesForMovember - Ride with the stars for Men's mental health awareness.

November 11, 2020

Switching worldwide tours for an adventure a little closer to home. Brad Simpson and James McVey of British pop-rock band The Vamps, have teamed up with Ribble and Movember to challenge themselves and the rest of the UK to ride some #MilesForMovember on Sunday 22nd Movember.

Ready to ride.

Why #MilesForMovember?

Now more than ever, it's so important for us to set aside time to look after both our mental and physical health. Recently, we've both got into cycling and found it's been invaluable in providing a bit of time out for us from our day-to-day lives and also gets us moving at the same time!

What is #MilesForMovember?

It's a challenge! One we set ourselves and wanted to invite others to join us on too! Every 60 minutes, we lose 60 fine men to suicide globally. And we want to do our bit to try and help reduce that, by raising money to provide the care and services that could save some of these guys' lives.

For those 60 lives, we'll be cycling 60 miles on Sunday 22nd November and donating to Movember. So please, get out and join us in the challenge. All you have to do is get out on your bike and ride, sharing your photos with us using #MilesForMovember and donating to Movember here.

Tag your friends and family to get others involved too!
