  • The Ribble Collective is back—bigger and better than ever. With more riders competing across additional categories, the Collective allows more riders to enjoy the wonderful world of cycle racing, no matter what form this may take.

With Ribble providing support, these ‘Privateer’ riders are free to curate their racing schedule and establish their own individual racing goals throughout the year. The Collective brings together a group of like-minded riders, each with a shared passion for cycling in all of its glorious guises. In addition to being brand ambassadors for one of the world's longest-established cycling brands, each collective member will put various Ribble bikes through their paces, forming a testbed for the innovative products and industry-leading designs that place Ribble at the forefront of bicycle design and innovation.

  • Ribble Collective Rider Roster

  • Whilst not a cycling team in the truest sense of the term, the Collective members will gain mutual support and encouragement from each other and help inspire a new generation of people to take up cycling and embrace the freedom this wonderful sport offers. With new athletes recruited for 2024, the Collective will compete in more disciplines, extending its influence to more destinations worldwide. Depending upon which genre of the sport they compete in, the riders will pilot a mixture of bikes from across our high-performance range, including the Ultra SL R, Gravel SL and Ultra Tri Disc bikes.

After claiming the runner-up spot at the Gralloch in 2023, the gravel specialist will be hoping to go one better in 2024 and pick up the dub for her new team.

"It's inspiring to be part of a group of riders travelling the world, racing against the best and giving their all to gravel and bike racing. I have a lot to learn!"

  • Another newcomer to the Collective, Dan's primary goals are to win the U23 World Triathlon Championships and break into the World Cup and World Series scene. This is in addition to competing in the Super Tri-Series, where he aims to challenge for podiums and the top overall placings.

"In many ways, the goals of the Ribble Collective align with my own personal journey in the sport of Triathlon. One where I choose the path and direction of where I flow but, importantly, with the support of great people around me. Creating my own path through life and sport has been integral to my journey, therefore I'm proud to be a part of the collective. A group who are all forging their own paths through sport, all while riding some sweet bikes!"

  • Hugo describes himself as determined and ambitious. This is certainly borne out by his stated aims of qualifying for the Paris Olympics, claiming a WTCS medal, and podiuming at a Super Tri Race. Hugo has also taken to racing in the virtual world, having recently made the final of the E World Triathlon Championships, where he finished an impressive 8th in his first-ever event.

"It's great to be part of a community of individuals working towards a shared vision. It makes my efforts and enthusiasm for the sport feel valued by the Ribble Collective's support, and I know it does for others, too. I'm incredibly proud to be a part of this team and to represent such an innovative and established brand - that certainly helps me stay motivated to perform. With a world-class bike, I've no excuses!"

  • The Collective's multi-discipline master already has a win under his belt after winning the Rattlesnake gravel race in Texas in March. Joe's self-curated race calendar features a mixture of gravel and road races, but Unbound Gravel lies squarely in his crosshairs. Joe's recently developed love/hate relationship with this prestigious gravel race has him looking to right the wrongs of 2023's race and get the monkey off his back this time around.

"Last year, the Collective gave me a lifeline when I was lost in the sport. It’s epic to have that privateer freedom and the backing of Ribble."

  • Despite now being retired from road racing, ex-professional racer Keira's competitive instincts have her once again itching for the thrill of competition. Like many former pros, gravel racing has grabbed her attention. Keira's projected aims include qualifying for the 2024 UCI Gravel World Championships, breaking into the top five at the Gravel Nationals, and competing in her first Xterra World Championships.

"I’m delighted to be part of the Ribble Collective. Despite not being a full-time athlete these days and training around running my own business, being part of the Collective gives me the team support I’ve missed, the opportunity to race my preferred races, challenge myself amongst the team and most importantly, hopefully, inspire others along the way!"

  • Lewis Bradley completes our triathlon triumvirate. Lewis aims to smash his PB in the various multi-distance triathlons he intends to compete in during 2024, culminating in his seasonal highlight, the European Triathlon Championships in Vichy, France.

"Being part of the Collective is such an honour and a privilege. I have looked up to the existing ambassadors for motivation and ideas for content, so now, being on a team with them and working together is something I'm super excited about. "

  • Maddy enjoyed a break-out year in 2023, securing multiple podiums during a gravel racing season that saw her compete at far-flung destinations like Africa, the US and Mexico. Now in her second season of racing for the Collective, Maddy's looking to continue her development and cement her place as an elite-level athlete on the international gravel scene.

"The Ribble Collective supports my continued development as a rider/racer. It gives me 'teammates' to support and encourage me whilst also giving me the flexibility to race the races that excite me most."

  • Mikey's performances last season earned him a spot on Team GB for the Gravel World Championships in Veneto, Italy. With a race calendar focused on prestigious UK and European gravel races such as Rift (where he has unfinished business), Mikey is looking to establish himself as one of the UK's top gravel racers.

"It's about being part of something about more than racing. Everyone has different strengths, talents and experience. It's about embracing that and sharing to help each other on our journeys."

  • After stints with the Lotto-Soudal and Sport Vlaanderen-Baloise Pro Continental racing teams, the Belgian will transfer his prodigious talents from tarmac to gravel. Most of all, Ruben is looking forward to jetting around the world with his Gravel SL bike and testing his limits at long-time targets, such as Traka and Unbound.

"I feel super privileged to be supported by Ribble, a brand I've always loved for their bikes that look as good as they ride. I get to race sweet bikes in beautiful places and pick my races; what's not to love?"

  • For Tom, 2024 is all about taking his bike on epic adventures, interspersed with top-class gravel racing and hopefully pulling off a win or two. Like Mikey, the lava fields and breathtaking vistas afforded by the Icelandic landscape make the Rift the one race Tom is looking forward to above all others.

"The collective is much more than just a team. It's a group of like-minded people who all love to do crazy events and challenges and support one another along the way, and for me, that's really special. Everyone is so super friendly. I can't wait to get stuck into another year of racing with the Collective.
