We have now introduced a contactless bike collection option which is available by appointment only. You can now select this option at checkout. Details of how the contactless collection works and the appointment booking process will be outlined in detail when we email you to confirm that the bike is ready for collection.
Please ensure that you have your order confirmation to hand when booking your appointment. If you have purchased your bike through Cycle Scheme or V12 Finance, please ensure that you bring along some photo ID, either a full UK driving licence or valid passport will suffice.
When attending your appointment, you will be asked to remain with your car and your bike will be brought to you. Access to the showroom will not be available but you can still speak to the instore expert upon hand over, whilst still complying with social distancing guidelines.
