We expect to dispatch your order within 2-4 working days. Bikes, frames and hand-built wheels take longer and are normally ready for store collection or dispatch in 14 working days.

After you have placed your order you can check the order status by logging in and viewing your order in your account area.

Next Day Delivery orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next business day. Saturday Delivery orders must be placed before 2pm on a Friday.
