Bike Delivery

Bikes are normally ready for Dispatch or Store Collection within 21 working days. Once a bike has been built you will receive an email to let you know your bike is ready for delivery or collection. Please allow a further 3 working days for your bike to be delivered.

An up to date list of postcodes where our carriers are unable to deliver complete bikes (we use the express48 large service for our bikes) is maintained at Parcelforce Next Day Delivery Exceptions.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day delivery is available on all orders under 100kg, starting at £4.99 and is based on the total weight of your order. All our next day deliveries include tracking.

Select this option and orders placed before 2.00pm will be sent on a next business day, tracked 24 hour Carrier Service. This service is not available for all orders and destinations. When available this delivery option will be offered in the basket and checkout pages.

Orders placed before 2.00pm on Fridays will be dispatched on that day but will not be delivered until the following Monday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday, on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.

Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery is available on all orders under 1000kg, starting at £5.99 and is based on the total weight of your order. All our Saturday deliveries include tracking.

Select this option and orders placed before 2.00pm on Friday (excluding UK public holidays) will be sent on the next available Saturday Carrier Service. This service is not available for all orders and destinations. When available this delivery option will be offered in the basket and checkout pages. If the 2pm cut-off is missed, your order will be delivered the following Saturday.
