UK Delivery Cost and Timescales

- Bikes and E-bikes: Tracked delivery for £49 per bike (includes a Ribble tool kit). Once despatched, delivery is typically two working days but can vary between models.
- Framesets: Tracked delivery for £49 per frameset. Once despatched, delivery is typically two working days.
- Parts and accessories: Standard untracked delivery from £5 and tracked delivery from £7. The current despatch time for parts & accessories is 2-3 working days.
- Aerosols and flammables: Tracked delivery for £7. Despatch time is 1-2 working days, and the estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.
- Deliver to Store (Bikes only): Tracked delivery from £49 per bike. Please be aware that showroom delivery timescales are determined by a weekly delivery schedule. (For further details, please refer to the bike delivery section).

Overseas Delivery Cost and Timescales

Delivery services can vary, depending on your delivery country and the item(s) you order.

Please allow the following delivery times:
- Europe: 3-7 working days
- Rest of the World: 6-12 working days

Bike Delivery
We are currently experiencing very high levels of demand, therefore our build times are longer than usual as all of our bikes are hand-assembled in the UK. The date that you can expect to receive your bike will be clearly displayed once you select your frame size. If your chosen bike is a pre-order, the ETA will be displayed at this point too. Upon completion of placing your order, you will receive regular communication from our team as to the progress of your build.
Once your bike is built, you will promptly receive an email informing you that it is ready for despatch. If you have chosen home delivery, this email will contain your courier and tracking information. Allow two additional working days for your bike to be delivered. If showroom collection is your preference, please be aware that delivery to our showrooms is scheduled weekly. The Showroom Team will contact you to schedule a collection appointment upon receiving and preparing your bike for collection.
Please ensure that you have your order confirmation to hand when booking your collection appointment. If you have purchased your bike through Cycle Scheme or V12 Finance, please bring along some form of photo ID, either a full UK driving licence or valid passport will suffice.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is available on all parts & accessory orders under 2kg in weight and under £200.00 in value.
Please note: standard delivery is not available on selected bulky items.
Tracked Delivery
Tracked delivery is available on all orders and charges are based on the total weight & value of your order.
Frame Delivery
If the frameset you order is in-stock, we will dispatch your order usually within 4 working days. If your chosen frameset is out of stock, you will be shown the in-stock date as you select your size; and your frameset will be dispatched within 4 working days of this date.
Further Information
The date that you can expect to receive your bike will be clearly displayed once you select your frame size. If your chosen bike is a pre-order, the ETA will be displayed at this point too.
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a dispatch notification email, this will include your tracking information if you have chosen a tracked service.
Tracking information may not update until later in the evening of despatch or the next working day. Please allow for this when attempting to track your delivery.

Selected bulky items may incur extra shipping charges. These will be calculated in the basket and at checkout, based on the weight and size of the bulky items.
Where some product pages detail the weight of a product, this weight does not include the products packaging and shipping materials used to deliver your order.

DTI Distance Selling Regulations

These Government Department of Trade and Industry regulations entitle you to a 14-day 'cooling off' period which will commence from the date that you receive your purchase from Ribble Cycles. This regulation is to give you the opportunity to examine the goods that you have purchased as you would when buying in a shop.
If you wish to exercise these rights and cancel your purchase, you should return the goods to Ribble Cycles, 363 Leach Place, Walton Summit Centre, Bamber Bridge, Preston, Lancashire, PR5 8AS, United Kingdom within 14 working days from the date you received the goods.
You can only cancel your purchase if the goods are returned to us unused, unmarked and in their original packaging. You will not be reimbursed for any postage or carriage costs.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

Time of delivery as indicated above shall not be of the essence.
While we make every effort to meet the delivery times provided, factors beyond our control may sometimes impact delivery times and therefore cannot be guaranteed. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we are unable to meet the specified delivery date, you have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund, or proceed with the order and receive a refund of any delivery charges.
If Ribble Cycles is unable to meet a delivery date due to delayed deliveries by our suppliers or other uncontrollable events, you have the right to terminate the contract by providing written notice to Ribble Cycles without any compensation or indemnity being due. However, Ribble Cycles will be entitled to receive payment for all products already supplied to you.
We reserve the right to terminate any order where we find our carriers are unable to deliver as part of our agreed standard contract terms.

Lost Parcels

UK: We will only refund/redespatch UK orders that have not been received 15 working days after dispatch.
OVERSEAS: We will only refund/redespatch overseas orders that have not been received 20 working days after dispatch.
We reserve the right to increase these delivery times at our discretion e.g. Due to bad weather, at peak times and due to national or international postal disputes.
