We are currently seeking an experienced After Sales Account Manager to join our successful After-Sales Team.

As an After Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the exceptional post-despatch experience that our customers expect, effectively managing their relationship, ensuring that any technical, maintenance, upgrade and lifestyle queries are proactively answered in order to enhance our customer's overall Ribble journey.

To succeed in this role, you need to be enthusiastic, organised, possess excellent communication skills and be able to use your own initiative in order to resolve complex customer queries.

A minimum of 3 years Bike Industry experience is required for this role, along with a high degree of bike mechanical/technical knowledge, ideally in a customer-facing environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility Include:

  • Making Outbound Contact to Build & Manage Post-Despatch Relationships.
  • Resolving Post-Despatch Technical, Maintenance & Set Up Queries.
  • Point of Contact For Existing Customer Queries.
  • Organisation & Management of Existing Customer Portfolio.
  • Inbound Sales, Retention & Upsell To New & Existing Customers.
  • Internal Stakeholder Engagement.
  • Technical/Mechanical Mentoring of Less Technically Adept Members of Staff.
  • Market & Customer Journey Research.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 Years Bike Industry Experience.
  • Excellent Bike Technical/Mechanical Knowledge.
  • Experience In Customer Service/Sales/Engagement Essential.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Proficient In All Microsoft & Telecommunication Applications.
  • Ability To Build & Nurture Excellent Working Relationships Both Internally & Externally.
