Choose a WhatsApp video call or a normal phone call and get straight, honest advice on bikes, kit, sizing or your next upgrade. You’ll get the same expert help you’d expect in-store, all from the comfort of home.

How it works
We will call you at your chosen time
Appointments usually take around 5 to 10 minutes. We will call you on the number you provided. If you have booked a video call, we will switch our camera on once the call is connected. You do not need to turn your camera on unless you want to. Expect clear guidance, live product demos and honest advice from real riders.

Our experts are ready to help seven days a week. Check the calendar above for live availability, but here’s when we’re usually online (UK time):
- Mon–Fri: 9 am – 8 pm
- Sat: 9 am – 6 pm
- Sun: 11 am – 5 pm
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will I be viewable during the call?
Only if you want to be. We’ll call you at your appointment time and switch our camera on once the call connects so you can see us and any product demos. Your camera stays off unless you choose to turn it on.
What can I use this service for?
Anything related to choosing your next bike. Our experts can walk you through specs, sizing, model comparisons, and live product demonstrations.
Do I need to share any personal details?
We only ask for the basics needed to book your appointment: your name, email address and phone number. You can also add any extra information that might help us prepare, but that’s completely optional.
Can I use this service to check an existing order?
This service is focused on sales support and bike advice. To track an order, please head to My Account > My Orders where you can see the latest updates on your purchase.

Do I need WhatsApp installed?
If you choose a WhatsApp video call, you will need the WhatsApp app on your phone. If you prefer a standard call, choose the phone call option when booking.
Is the service available in different languages?
We are offering this service in English only at the moment.
