The ALLGRIT E CARBON-X is the lightest and most refined electric gravel bike in the range, weighing just 12.2 kg. Built for riders who want the speed, feel and responsiveness of a top-tier carbon frame, with power that's there when you need it and invisible when you don't. At its core is a lightweight, aero-optimised carbon frameset paired with SRAM Force XPLR AXS E1 wireless electronic shifting, complete with an integrated power meter to help you track your efforts and pace every ride. Tough Mavic Allroad wheels, grippy 45 mm Schwalbe G-One tyres and a Selle Italia Model X saddle complete a premium build that's ready for fast gravel rides, big adventures and everything in between.

The Mahle X20 system delivers intuitive, lightweight assistance that adapts seamlessly to your ride. Whisper-quiet and virtually invisible, it provides up to 140 km of range on a single charge, or 200 km with the optional range extender. With up to 65Nm of torque and a larger 350Wh battery, it offers smooth, natural power that excels on steep climbs and varied terrain. The system can even be tailored to respond to inputs like heart rate, making it the perfect training partner whether you're building endurance or returning from injury.

Whether you're carving through gravel or hammering down technical descents, Rudy’s refined damping and lightweight design help you stay fast, focused, and in total command.

Like all Ribble bikes, the ALLGRIT E CARBON-X comes with a lifetime frame and fork warranty for the original owner. This covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. All other components, including third-party suspension forks, are covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty.

Yes. The ALLGRIT E CARBON-X is available with the optional RockShox Rudy Ultimate suspension fork. This upgrade enhances comfort and control on rougher gravel trails, allowing you to stay fast and confident when the terrain becomes technical.

Typical range of the iX3+ battery, 350Wh, is up to 140 km for a 90 kg rider over mixed terrain. A 60 km range extender is available for longer rides.

Yes. The ALLGRIT E CARBON-X is pedal-assisted, so it always requires rider input. Stop pedalling and it coasts to a stop. Just like a regular bike.

No. The motor only provides assistance when you pedal. You’re always in full control of speed and handling.

No. You don’t need a licence, tax or insurance to ride pedal-assisted electric bikes in the UK. That said, we always recommend having some form of bike insurance.

Yes. Most schemes now allow higher-value bikes, including e-bikes. Check your employer’s limits before ordering.

The Duo handlebar remote allows you to adjust assistance levels with a single press, providing effortless and intuitive control at your fingertips. Assistance levels are shown as follows:

The ALLGRIT E CARBON-X's X20 control uses seven LEDs to display battery charge.

  • Fully lit = 94–100%
  • Fewer lights = lower charge
  • Slow blinking = 0-10%
  • Fast blinking: critically low (0–5%)

Just plug into any standard socket using the supplied charger. The optional range extender can also be used to charge the main battery on the go.

Yes. You can test ride the ALLGRIT E CARBON-X at our Clitheroe showroom. Please check availability in advance.

Yes. The ALLGRIT E CARBON-X’s electrical components are IP54 rated for splash protection but should not be jet washed or fully immersed. Use a waterproof cover when transporting in wet conditions.

The battery is internal. A MAHLE-certified technician can remove it via the bottom bracket shell if needed.

The ALLGRIT E CARBON-X's iX3+ battery, 350Wh, is designed to handle around 500 full charge cycles with minimal degradation, provided it is stored and maintained correctly.

Yes. The ALLGRIT E CARBON-X features fully internal cable routing for clean aesthetics and added protection.

The ALLGRIT E CARBON-X comes with 40 mm tyres as standard and can take up to 50 mm, or 45 mm with mudguards. The front forks will also accept a 29 x 2.1" (700x53c) mountain bike tyre.

No. Ribble bikes are supplied with inner tubes installed as standard, even when fitted with tubeless-ready wheels and tyres.

If you'd like to run a tubeless setup, the conversion must be carried out after delivery. This typically requires tubeless valves, sealant and, in some cases, tubeless rim tape depending on the wheel specification. We recommend following the wheel and tyre manufacturer's instructions when converting to tubeless.

This approach gives riders the flexibility to choose the setup that best suits their riding preferences and maintenance requirements.

Yes. A removable mudguard bridge kit makes fitting mudguards easy. We also offer a combined mudguard and rack adaptor kit for anyone looking to fit both. (kits sold separately).

Yes. A pannier rack adaptor kit is available separately to attach a rear rack, boosting carrying capacity by up to 15 kg.

No, it is not approved for use with child safety seats.

It uses a proprietary D-shaped carbon seatpost with integrated wedge clamp. Available in inline or setback options and two lengths, making it easy to dial in the right fit across different frame sizes (recommended lengths are XS-S: 280mm, M-XL: 330mm).

A MAHLE-specific PF46 bottom bracket with built-in torque sensor.

It uses 1.5" integrated headset bearings – size R457B 52 x 42 x 7 mm (45°x45°) top and bottom.

Yes. The maximum system weight (bike, rider and luggage) is 120 kg.
