I wanted a project to build myself a Gravel/ Adventure bike. The frame arrived in a few weeks with everything as described. In the mean time throughout the build I’ve both emailed and live chat with the Ribble team. They’ve always been able to answer my questions and assist as needed. The bike is now finished and just the job for exploring local bridal ways and tracks.

The wheel axles were missing in the shipment, but after contacting Ribble, the axles will be sent.
The service and the beauty, the quality of the frame received I recommend Ribble without hesitation.
