The Ribble CGR AL came well packaged and on time. Minimal assembly required which was great!
I had a few queries but the customer service team were great and even sent some videos to help me out :-)
In terms of the bike what can I say? Rides like a dream, very responsive, comfortable and very, very quick. All for a great price.
Would highly recommend Ribble for their excellent bikes and their customer service.
First roll out on the CGR yesterday, the bike handles really great. Precise with a comfortable ride, and good pick up when you push the power through the pedals. My one regret is on the spec, I wish I'd gone for the relatively cheap upgrade to be able run the Mavic Askiums tubeless. I just feel going up and rolling along would've made that little bit easier, which adds up over a couple of hours.
