My CGR ALe has transformed my cycling. As a mature, basically unfit, not high mileage type my previous gravel bike was great - but I was not. Now, with the option of e-assist I can ride with confidence in all conditions, further, and tackle the hills. Where previously I limited my routes and distances making some roads 'off-limits' to me, I am now fairly unrestricted in what I want to do. The bike itself is excellent and not as heavy as I expected. It arrived very well packaged and was easy to assemble and get riding. A comfortable ride too along with smooth operations. As a result I do not regret upgrading to this bike and am keen to clock up more miles.
The bike was delivered earlier than expected, I went for the grey and orange and it looked great.
There was an issue with a couple of items on the options but spoke to customer service and they were posted next day
Very good service, not been out on it yet, waiting for the weather to improve a bit
