I love it. It’s beautiful, and the titanium frame and 47mm tyres make it a really comfortable ride over rough terrain. It’s also surprisingly quick on tarmac. Unfortunately my first ride was a bit of a disappointment. After about 50 very muddy kilometres, the cassette completely locked up making the bike impossible to ride. I eventually managed to free it up and limp home. I took it to the bike shop where they refitted the cassette which had come loose and wobbly (and also greased the headset and bottom bracket). Verdict: fabulous bike, but poorly assembled. If you’re getting one of these out of the box, give it a good check over before you hit the gravel.
Just ridden my CGR ti for the first time! It is stunning. Always wanted a ti bike, and I am so pleased I took the plunge. Build quality is excellent. Cannot fault the service I received, Jon was massively helpful when I had a delivery issue. Best bike and service ever!
