So, my first ever road bike. After shopping around and reading some reviews, I decided to pop into the Preston showroom for a nosey. Was really impressed with the set-up and the very helpful staff. I had been looking at a gravel orientated bike, but as I'm a mountain biker I already have the off-road thing covered. In the end I went with the Endurance AL disc. Completed my build and in order in the shop a few weeks later and then the wait began. I was surprised to get an email confirming my bike was ready a few days before it was due, so I called into the shop ASAP to collect it. I was shown around the bike and an issue with the front axle was discovered. To the credit of the guy that was there, he sorted a replacement straight away, and I was on my way with my new Ribble. I had to wait a few days before getting out on my first ride with it. I had never ridden a road bike before, but it didn't take long to get comfortable. I specified wider bars than normal, thicker softer bar tape and a carbon seat post for a bit more comfort. Must admit, I'm really impressed with the ride quality. Not much buzz through the bike, and the geometry is nice and relaxed. I'm not quite sure I like the white colour, but that's not the most important thing. The finish of the frame is great, with only welds being visible on the lower parts of the frame. The 105 groupset is really nice, smooth slick shifting through-out. I probably should have gone with a large rear cassette, but will see how it goes. So, so far so good. Really impressed with the customer service levels with Ribble, and the bike is fantastic value. I've even bought some lycra shorts....

Ordered the bike, received the email that it was going to be built in 14 days and then sent out. Much quicker delivery than other bikes I was looking at. Got another email a day later saying my bike was being built in 2 days time. Bike was ordered and delivered in a week total. Top effort.

Bike looked sick out the box. Didn't see the metallic white finisher and some of the cool graphic details in the pictures online, looks way better in person.

Was a little confused when my large turned up and had a 55.5 sticker on it. However after a quick email it was confirmed that's the size large measure for my bike. Built it up and fits well.

Rides great and been racing friends on bikes and in cars on the commute.
