  • ABOUT RIBBLE

Ribble Cycles is the UK’s leading premium bike brand with a heritage of innovation, performance, and design excellence. We engineer and manufacture world-class bicycles in the UK, delivering cutting-edge technology and superior craftsmanship to passionate riders globally. Working at Ribble means joining a team that lives and breathes bikes. We create products for real riders and how they ride, shaped by British roads, weather and grit. As the original outlier, our heritage runs deep, but our focus is always looking ahead. Our purpose is simple: to inspire more riders and more adventures.

    THE ROLE

Join a team shaping the future of cycling. At Ribble we do not just sell bikes, we create experiences. If you love helping people and the buzz of two wheels, this is your opportunity. As a Sales Advisor, you will bring Ribble to life for our customers. You will welcome every rider, ask the right questions and match them to the right bike and kit. From riders who know exactly what they want to those planning a performance build or discovering us for the first time, you will guide every decision with clear expert advice and a rider-first approach. Working with your Manager and the Customer Experience team, you will balance shop floor sales with digital support. During quieter periods you will jump on video calls, call-backs and emails to keep response times sharp. You will keep the retail space looking its best, support collections and handovers and make sure every interaction feels unmistakably Ribble. If you are customer focused, enthusiastic about cycling and driven to deliver outstanding service, we would love to hear from you.
