Those who know what they want can customise it to suit using our bike configurator, changing everything from stem length to wheelset and saddle choice. For those who need a little guidance, we have recommended build options and a friendly team of bike experts on hand to help you decide which suits your needs best.

In-store, online, email, phone, and now even live video call. These are all the ways our friendly team of bike experts are available to help you. We’re a team of cyclists, of all levels and disciplines that are happy to help and advise no matter what the query. So, whether its sizing advice, customisation or just asking what bike is right for you – the team is on-hand and ready to assist you.

Every Ribble bike is designed, engineered and assembled by hand in England. One mechanic, one bike. From beginning to end. Every wheel trued. Every bolt precisely torqued. And when it’s ready to roll, its double-checked and tested before being signed off personally. Then we ship it – with care – directly to you. Every Ribble bike comes with a lifetime frame warranty and an initial *30-day home test ride – so on the off chance that something's not quite right, you can return it back to us and we’ll fix it, no problem! We’re a workshop, not a warehouse – so spare parts, add-ons, upgrades and more, by buying direct from us, we’ll always be able to assist you with your Ribble bike.

Call us old-fashioned, but we prefer to do things differently. We like to design, build and sell our bikes directly. No distributors, no third parties, no middlemen. We’ve pioneered a new bike buying experience by also bringing our online buying experience offline. With our state-of-the-art showrooms, you can touch and feel the bikes and experience the full customisation offered and the personalisation that CustomColour can bring. And remember, if you can’t get to one of our showrooms, just video call us, and we’ll treat you to the whole showroom experience from the comfort of your home.

We take pride in our rich heritage and are equally committed to the future of the sport and the heroes of the next generation. Currently, we support the Smurfit Westrock Women's Pro Team, as well as the now-defunct Ribble Weldtite and Drops teams, with award-winning bikes that meet the demands of professional riders. Our bikes, including the Endurance SL R and the Ultra-Aero SL R, undergo rigorous testing to ensure that every second counts and that our riders benefit from the latest technology to help them achieve victory.
